1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and PEGASO SHIPPING (hereinafter “the Company”) with respect to your access to and use of our international transportation services, including our websites, applications, platforms, content, and other related services (hereinafter, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you declare that you are at least 18 years of age and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you are a minor, it is assumed that you have the authorization of your legal representative.
PEGASO SHIPPING may modify these Terms at any time. The updated versions will be available on our official media. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
2. LICENSE OF USE
The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Services, provided that you comply with these Terms and applicable laws. Misuse may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account.
3. RESTRICTIONS
The following, among other things, is prohibited:
• Using the Services for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Creating fake accounts or accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Renting, selling, or transferring your account or associated benefits.
• Interfering with the technical operation of the Services.
•    Sending offensive, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory content.
•    Participating in cyber attacks or distributing malware.
•    Publishing personal information of third parties without authorization.
4. USE OF ACCOUNTS
By registering, the user agrees to provide truthful information and maintain the confidentiality of their access. They are responsible for all activities carried out from their account. Any suspicion of unauthorized use must be reported immediately to info@pegasoshipping.com.
5. SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION
The Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify access to the Services if it detects non-compliance or misuse.
6. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT TERMS
By contracting our Services, the user acknowledges that PEGASO SHIPPING is solely responsible for transportation from the country of origin to Paraguay or Argentina, in accordance with the contracted service. The user is solely responsible for not sending prohibited or restricted goods.
7. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following are expressly prohibited: cash, weapons, drugs, live animals, hazardous substances, flammable materials, among others. The shipment of these items exempts the Company from all liability, and the resulting expenses will be borne by the customer.
8. RATES
Rates are available on the official PEGASO SHIPPING website. They are subject to change without notice due to variations in logistics and customs costs. The customer agrees to keep themselves informed of any updates.
9. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and depend on external factors (customs, transport, weather, etc.). The Company does not guarantee exact dates nor does it assume responsibility for delays attributable to third parties or causes of force majeure.
10. STORAGE
Packages received at our offices will be stored free of charge for up to 30 days. After that period, a monthly fee will apply. If after 90 days there is no contact from the customer, the Company may dispose of the goods.
11. INSURANCE
PEGASO SHIPPING offers free basic insurance with coverage of up to USD 100 (one hundred US dollars) per shipment, applicable only to damage or loss attributable to the Company, its agents, or collaborators. This insurance covers from the receipt of the package at the PO box address until its arrival at our offices or assigned branch.
No coverage is provided for goods whose value exceeds USD 100, unless the customer previously purchases special insurance, which costs 5% of the total declared value and provides coverage of up to 100% of the insured value.
To make use of the insurance, the customer must submit supporting documentation of the value of the merchandise within a maximum period of 30 days from delivery to the PO box. After this period, the Company will not accept claims. The form of compensation will be determined by PEGASO SHIPPING and may consist of: cash refund, credit for services, or replacement of the product.
12. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Conflicts shall preferably be resolved amicably. In the event of litigation, the ordinary courts of the Republic of Paraguay shall have jurisdiction.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Paraguayan law. If any clause is deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of the document.
